Venture Corporation Limited is seeking a Manager, Program to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, production and support functions at our Univac Site in Woodlands, Singapore. You will drive revenue, margins and operational KPIs while launching new products and optimizing costs.

The role requires a degree in engineering, plus 5–10 years in contract manufacturing or electronics. MBA is advantageous, and SAP knowledge is preferred.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage functional groups across multiple departments to meet targets.
• Achieve revenue, gross margin and profitability targets.
• Improve GM/TC ratio, BOM cost and Total Cost.
• Manage AR days, inventories, and minimize E&O; expedite E&O settlement as needed.
• Prepare quotes with customers to win RFQs and expand business.
• Lead teams to achieve KPIs and present in monthly reviews.
• Oversee new product launches with cross-functional teams.
• Identify cost reductions and pursue new business opportunities.
• Engage with customers on material shortages, delivery forecasts and OT D to ensure on-time delivery.

We’re looking to add a Manager, Program in Singapore. The position is based in our Univac Site in Woodlands.

As a Manager, Program you will:

Lead and draw functional group expertise resources from Program, Engineering, Production, Production Planning, Purchasing, Quality Assurance and also Support functions such as Finance, HR and IT, etc. to deliver targets set by TCS Director.

Responsibilities:

Financial and Business

• Responsible for achieving the targets set for revenue, gross margin and profitability.

• Responsible for managing and improving Gross Margin, GM/TC ratio, BOM cost and Total Cost.

• Responsible for meeting the targets set for AR days; inventories; minimize Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) through inventory management as per requirement and expediting E&O settlement where required.

• Responsible for quote proposal and work closely with customers to win new RFQs and expand new business.

Leadership

• Lead and drive Functional Group Expertise teams to achieve overall objectives and targets set by TCS Director and General Manager.

• Demonstrate exemplary role-modeling examples by walking-around-shop-floor on regular basis and work closely with the assigned Production team and other Functional Group Expertise to ensure TQRDCE KPIs are monitored and achieved.

• Presentation to management on sales, margin, new business and key performance indicators in the monthly business review.

Total Customer Satisfaction

• Oversee, coordinate and manage new product launch with the help of the assigned Functional Group Expertise teams.

• Review and propose on cost reduction requested by customers.

• Create, plan, drive customer touchpoints to pursue new business opportunities.

• Engage in customer directly to discuss on critical material shortages, delivery, forecast and open issues to achieve on time delivery (OTD) targets regularly.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related field.

• Master Degree in MBA is an added advantage.

• Minimum 5-10 years of related experience in contract manufacturing or electronics manufacturing / life sciences.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good written and communication skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Capable of multitasking and ability to be hands-on where required.

• Knowledge in SAP is preferred.

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is preferred.
