Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Perm) is partnering with a multinational industrial solutions provider to appoint a Site Operations Manager to lead onsite MRO operations and service delivery at customer sites in the North region of Singapore. The role requires strong knowledge of machinery spare-parts sourcing, supplier management and maintenance support.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day MRO operations and service delivery at the customer site.
• Understand maintenance requirements and identify spare parts, specs and part numbers.
• Source MRO products and suppliers as needed; manage RFQs and urgent requests.
• Coordinate inventory, replenishment and timely fulfilment of critical parts.
• Drive cost-saving and operational improvement initiatives; report and escalate as needed.

The Opportunity: Adecco is partnering with an established multinational organisation within the industrial supply chain solutions sector, supporting inventory and operational services at customer sites across Singapore. We are looking for an experienced Site Operations Manager (Industrial Solutions) to lead onsite operations and support the customer's maintenance and engineering requirements. This is a hands-on role requiring strong MRO and machinery spare-parts knowledge, with the ability to understand maintenance needs, identify the right parts, independently source suitable products and suppliers, and manage customer requirements.

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Location: North region
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Salary Package: Up to $7,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Strong MRO / machinery spare-parts experience is essential

The Job:

• Lead day-to-day MRO operations and service delivery at the customer site
• Understand machinery maintenance requirements and identify required spare parts, specifications and part numbers
• Source MRO products, alternative parts and suppliers when required
• Manage customer enquiries, RFQs, urgent requirements and operational issues
• Coordinate inventory availability, replenishment and timely fulfilment of critical parts
• Work closely with suppliers, customer maintenance teams and internal stakeholders
• Drive cost-saving, sourcing and operational improvement initiatives
• Oversee onsite support staff and provide timely operational reporting and escalation

The Talent:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or related disciplines
• Strong hands-on experience in MRO, industrial spare parts, machinery maintenance support or technical sourcing
• Strong knowledge of industrial components, spare parts, part numbers and technical specifications
• Proven ability to independently source products and suppliers for machinery/MRO requirements
• Strong customer-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, resourceful and able to independently manage onsite operations and issues
• Experience within manufacturing, engineering or industrial environments is highly advantageous
