Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification (MBA or similar) is an advantage.
• Advanced English proficiency for interaction with local and international stakeholders.

Lead the manufacturing operations of an industrial site, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of the production plan, compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements, and the achievement of service, cost, productivity, and operational performance objectives.

Develop a high-performing organization by fostering operational discipline, continuous improvement, and the advancement of manufacturing capabilities through operational excellence methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the continuity and stability of manufacturing operations while delivering business objectives.
• Lead, develop, and strengthen the site leadership team, promoting capability building, talent development, and succession planning.
• Implement performance management and governance practices, ensuring clear accountability, performance monitoring, and operational discipline.
• Deliver sustainable results across Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Productivity metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Significant experience leading manufacturing operations, preferably within complex industrial environments.
