Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS).

• Ensure the maintenance, compliance, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Administer and maintain the IMS in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 10007.
• Prepare, review, control, and distribute IMS documentation.
• Plan and conduct internal audits.
• Support external and certification audits.
• Monitor IMS indicators, analyze trends, and propose improvements.
• Coordinate the management of nonconformities and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct root cause analyses and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Support the identification and assessment of risks and opportunities related to the IMS.
• Conduct employee onboarding, training, and awareness activities.
• Manage action plans arising from audits, management reviews, inspections, and legal assessments.
• Monitor applicable quality, environmental, and product configuration regulatory and legal requirements.
• Support the preparation and facilitation of meetings, including management review meetings.
• Promote a culture of continual improvement, sustainability, and operational excellence.
• Prepare management reports and presentations.
• Administer the calibration, verification, and control program for measuring and monitoring equipment.
• Identify, register, and control equipment subject to calibration, verifying its metrological traceability.
• Fulfill requests from direct management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or completed higher education in Quality Management, Environmental Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 10007 standards.
• Knowledge of management system audits.
• Knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, FMEA, Action Plans, Risk Analysis).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with AI tools, such as Copilot.
