Jobtailor in Brazil, São Paulo, is seeking an Inventory Specialist to execute, supervise and analyze stock activities, ensuring data integrity across physical and system records. You will monitor cycle counts, full inventories, and reconciliations, and report KPIs while supporting continuous improvement of logistics processes.

As part of the role, you will ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards, coordinate with leadership and client teams, and support audits and stock control

Responsabilidades

• Execute, control and analyze activities related to inventory and stock accuracy.
• Ensure the integrity of physical and system data for the operation.
• Monitor cycle counts, full inventories and recounts, identifying discrepancies, proposing corrective actions and supporting continuous improvement of logistics processes
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, performance indicators and quality standards established by the company and the client
• Follow up and validate material recounts whenever discrepancies are identified
• Conduct operational audits of receiving, storage, picking and shipping processes
• Support operational areas in identifying and correcting inventory inconsistencies
• Ensure correct use of logistics management systems (WMS, SAP or similar), ensuring data reliability
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) related to accuracy, productivity and quality of inventory processes
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary information and evidence
• Identify opportunities to improve stock control and inventory processes, proposing actions to increase operational efficiency
• Serve as support to operational teams for questions related to inventory processes and stock control
• Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, environmental standards and internal procedures
• Maintain constant communication with leadership, clients and support areas, reporting deviations, risks and improvement opportunities

• Monitor material movements and ensure correct execution of storage, receiving and shipping processes
• Prepare, update and analyze inventory reports, accuracy metrics and operational indicators
• Follow up and validate material recounts whenever discrepancies are identified
• Conduct operational audits of receiving, storage, picking and shipping processes
• Support operational areas in identifying and correcting inventory inconsistencies
• Ensure correct use of logistics management systems (WMS, SAP or similar), ensuring data reliability
