Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking a Quotation Specialist to support the commercial team. You will prepare and follow up on quotations for both international and domestic operations, and negotiate terms with airlines and shipping lines to optimize costs.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field, Intermediate English, and experience with CargoWise or similar systems. This role requires strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (in progress acceptable).
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with CargoWise or similar logistics systems is a plus.
• Analytical, organized and detail-oriented.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, International Relations, Foreign Trade, or related fields;
• Intermediate English;
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Knowledge of CargoWise or other international logistics management systems is a plus;
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile.
