Jobtailor is seeking a Logistics Analyst in São Paulo to plan, control, and optimize supply chain processes while ensuring high-quality customer service and SLA adherence.

You will analyze KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and support cross-functional teams to drive continuous supply chain enhancements.

Qualificações

• Degree in Logistics and/or STEM field.
• Advanced knowledge of logistics concepts and supply chain management.
• Experience with KPI reporting and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, control and optimize logistics processes, ensuring operational efficiency, high‑quality customer service and compliance with service‑level agreements (SLAs).
• Analyze performance indicators (KPIs), identify opportunities for improvement, develop action plans and monitor operational performance.
• Collaborate with partner areas to support strategic decision‑making, process improvements, system enhancements and projects focused on continuous improvement of the supply chain.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics and/or a STEM‑related field.
• Specific knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, material flow and financial controls.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Power BI.
• Experience preparing presentations and materials for discussion with leadership, peers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and models, Continuous Improvement and Quality methodologies, Customer Success/Experience, Customer Service platforms, route‑optimization software (roteirizadores), Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and ERP systems.
