Coli Shipping in São Paulo seeks a Maritime Pricing specialist to support the pricing area, working closely with analysts and coordinators to keep information flow organized in the system and in clear communication with clients.

Responsibilities include quoting LCL, Routing Order, and FCL shipments for spot cases (EXW, DAP, FOB); pricing national and international road transport; obtaining warehousing quotes; supporting In Gauge cargo under FOB; interacting with agents, clients and suppliers;

• Quotation of LCL, Routing Order, and FCL shipments for spot cases (EXW, DAP, and FOB) – Export / Import
• Quotation of national and international road transportation processes for general cargo
• Requesting quotations from terminals for warehousing costs and ancillary services
• Support in the quotation of In Gauge cargo under FOB scope (FR/OT)
• Interaction with agents, clients, and suppliers
• Documentation routines, including analysis of Invoice and Packing List for proposal preparation
• Maintenance of supplier and rate registrations in the system
• Uploading quotations and proposals into clients’ quotation management systems

This position’s main mission is to support the Maritime Pricing area, working closely with analysts and coordinators of the department, with the goal of keeping the flow of information organized within the system and in communication with clients.

Responsibilities:

Quotation of LCL, Routing Order, and FCL shipments for spot cases (EXW, DAP, and FOB) – Export / Import;

Quotation of national and international road transportation processes for general cargo;

Requesting quotations from terminals for warehousing costs and ancillary services;

Support in the quotation of In Gauge cargo under FOB scope (FR/OT);

Interaction with agents, clients, and suppliers;
