Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in IT or related fields.
• Knowledge of Windows and driver installation.
• Basic networking knowledge (Wi‑Fi, cabling and connectivity).
• Experience with maintenance, assembly and configuration of desktops and laptops is a plus.
• Knowledge of POS systems, ERP and e‑commerce platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide initial handling of support tickets from corporate teams and stores, performing first-level diagnosis and routing requests when necessary.
• Support configuration and maintenance of tablets, smartphones, laptops, desktops and other equipment used in operations.
• Configure devices used at points of sale, such as barcode scanners and PIN pads.
• Identify and monitor issues related to mobile POS, interfacing with vendors and support teams as needed.
• Perform formatting, system restores, installations, updates and basic configurations.
• Assist in maintaining local network infrastructure, checking connectivity and Wi‑Fi operation.
• Prepare and update manuals, procedures and support materials for users and the Tech team.
• Assist in managing technology assets and related tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Information Technology, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Networks, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Knowledge of Windows, system and driver installation.

• Experience with maintenance, assembly and configuration of desktop and laptop computers is a plus.
• Knowledge of POS systems, ERP and e‑commerce platforms is a plus.
