Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hardware and software assistance, install and configure systems, and support server environments and virtualization.

You will manage IT assets and licensing, maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, onboard and offboard users, document procedures, and help enforce information security policies across sites while delivering end-user training.

Qualificações

• Technical education in IT, Networking or related fields.
• Windows and/or Cisco certifications (desirable).
• ITIL Foundation is a plus.
• Previous experience in technical support (desirable).
• Willingness to travel between sites.
• Knowledge of Windows environments and server virtualization.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
• Application and hardware troubleshooting.
• Fluent English (desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Provide hardware and software technical support for workstations, printers, and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Technical support for workstations, printers and peripheral devices

Requirements
