Jobtailor in Cuiabá, Brazil seeks an IT Support specialist to provide operational and technical assistance, manage assets, handle tickets, and support provisioning and password resets for local users.

You will maintain the GLPI inventory, install peripherals, coordinate with shipping of equipment, and assist in Google Workspace management.

Qualificações

• High school diploma is required.
• Technical course is desirable.
• University degree in IT or related fields is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational and technical IT support.
• Handle tickets, manage assets, and oversee equipment and SIM cards.
• Provide logistical support for shipping and receiving technological materials.
• Unlock and reset passwords.
• Perform triage in the primary IT ticket queue.
• Resolve requests related to equipment, systems, and access.
• Dispatch tickets to Level 1 and Level 2 support queues.
• Manage equipment, ensuring inventory control and support for local users.
• Prepare, ship, and collect equipment via mail/courier.
• Support granting access to systems, Authenticator, and standard corporate tools.
• Update and maintain the asset inventory in the GLPI system (recording equipment receipts, dispatches, and movements)

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma required; technical course desirable. (University degree in progress in IT or related fields is a plus).
• Previous experience in IT support and user assistance.
• Basic knowledge of ticketing/IT service management systems (GLPI).
• Familiarity with software installation and device configuration.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, access provisioning, and password resets.
• Experience installing peripherals and printers.
• Knowledge of hardware and maintenance for notebooks and desktops.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (a plus).
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Team player with a results-oriented mindset.
