Jobtailor in Curitiba, Brazil is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide N2/N3 technical support to users and administer the company’s IT environment. You will manage OS, applications, networks, and assets while maintaining security standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, 365 tools, Entra ID, SharePoint, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies, with a degree in IT and a hands-on problem-solving mindset.

Qualificações

• Experience providing N1–N3 support in IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and desktop computing.
• Proficiency with Windows administration and IT management via Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Business tools (Entra ID, SharePoint, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure is a plus.
