Jobtailor in Curitiba, Brazil, seeks a Finance Digital Transformation Analyst to map and optimize the Finance Department workflows—Accounts Payable/Receivable, Billing, Tax, Treasury and Controllership—and to identify opportunities for efficiency gains.

You will implement automation with Power Automate, advanced Power BI/Excel reporting, and AI tools, organize the improvement backlog, measure time savings, and liaise with IT and SAP consultants to deliver concrete process improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Map and document the current workflows of the Finance Department, including Accounts Payable/Receivable, Billing, Tax, Treasury, and Controllership.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
• Research, test, and implement generative Artificial Intelligence tools.
• Implement automation solutions, such as Power Automate, and advanced Power BI/Excel reporting to eliminate manual and repetitive tasks.
• Organize the Finance Department's improvement backlog, set priorities, and monitor implementation timelines.
• Measure performance indicators and time savings.
• Serve as a liaison between the Finance team and IT teams or external SAP consultants.
• Create documentation for new processes (SOPs/standard operating procedures).
• Support internal team training to facilitate the adoption of new digital solutions.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Digital Business, Computer/Production Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms).
• Practical knowledge of, or a strong interest in, Artificial Intelligence (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) and no-code/low-code automation.
• Advanced Excel skills and Power BI experience (preferred).
• Experience with, or the ability to quickly learn, ERP systems (SAP or similar platforms).
• Analytical mindset, strong ability to organize workflows, and clear communication with stakeholders at different hierarchical levels.
• Proactive, curious, and problem-solving-oriented profile.
