Resumo da oferta

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IT systems analyst to bridge business needs and technology in São Paulo. You will gather requirements, design solutions with APIs and microservices, and prepare detailed technical specs for the engineering team.

You will map processes, automate improvements, and oversee integrations with ERP, RPA, and cloud platforms, while leading UAT and providing Level 3 support for critical systems.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in IT systems analysis
Experience with process modeling (BPMN) and technical documentation
Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and integration architectures
Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to translate needs into solutions
Experience with requirements management and testing tools
CBAP, CPRE, or equivalent business analysis certifications (a plus)
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, TOTVS) (a plus)
Knowledge of RPA and automation tools (Power Automate, UiPath) (a plus)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) (a plus)
Knowledge of event-driven architectures (a plus)
