Overview

IT Process Analyst SR – Sales & Distribution. Fully Remote. The location of the role is in: Contagem-MG.

About the job

Your passion lies in analyzing, improving, and governing Sales and Distribution support processes. Technical focus. Interested to learn more and take over responsibility in cross functional module Transportation (Oracle TMS). Participating in international projects excites you. You are a hands on, dynamic, action-oriented, communicative and innovative individual who is eager to take responsibilities in your process area. You appreciate a lively working environment and you are happy to be part of a highly motivated team. With strong communication and analytical skills, you support different stakeholders in an ever-changing environment. You are an expert in Service & Support Management and want to work on new strategies and technologies.

In addition, your tasks will include

• Demand & Change Management lead in the sales and distribution area;
• Evaluate Support Requests as 2nd level support member and decide about changes & projects;
• Be sparing partner to our Key Users as Service and Support partner in the region;
• Be accountable for solution presenting - new technologies, offer Business Analysis & Functional specifications;
• Give trainings and improve know how of our users & Key Users.

What we expect from you in terms of:

Education

A master’s degree in business administration or similar
Economic graduation or similar.

Languages

Any other language is considered as an asset

Work Experience

Relevant working experience (SAP SD);
Experience in cross functional module SAP LE-TRA/Oracle Transportation Module;
S/4 HANA;
ITIL;
ServiceNow;
Oracle TMS as asset.
