Pensecom is seeking a senior HR professional to act as a strategic partner to the leadership of its client companies under HR BPO contracts. You will map people management needs, direct requests to Pensecom’s BPO structure, and ensure timely, quality delivery while supporting managers in talent development and retention.

You will lead and deliver strategic HR services, interact with Pensecom’s internal leadership to prioritize client deliverables, and represent BPO clients to ensure alignment

Responsabilidades

• Act as a strategic partner to the leadership of Pensecom’s client companies that have active HR BPO contracts.
• Map and address people management needs, directing requests to Pensecom’s BPO structure and ensuring efficient delivery.
• Serve as the HR focal point for clients, supporting managers in talent development and retention.
• Lead and deliver strategic Human Resources services, either directly or through Pensecom’s BPO structure; interact with Pensecom’s internal leadership to prioritize and monitor client deliverables.
• Represent BPO clients within Pensecom, ensuring alignment between expectations and service execution.
