• Lead the Organizational Development (DHO) strategy, connecting people initiatives to business objectives
• Develop and implement leadership development, succession planning, and talent development programs
• Take a strategic approach to organizational climate and culture, proposing initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and experience
• Structure and monitor development, performance management, and talent management initiatives
• Lead and develop the Recruitment and Selection team, ensuring the quality, efficiency, and business alignment of hiring decisions
• Partner with leaders by providing internal HR consulting and supporting people-related decisions
• Use data, metrics, and AI tools to increase the efficiency and quality of HR processes
• Monitor trends and emerging people management practices, bringing innovation to the function
• Contribute to the development and evolution of HR policies and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Solid experience in HR/Organizational Development roles, with strategic responsibilities and team leadership experience
• Strong experience in leadership development and organizational climate and culture
• Experience in Recruitment and Selection, including team and process management
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to use English in a professional environment
• Good knowledge of and interest in Artificial Intelligence applied to HR and business
• Strategic perspective, analytical ability, and strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Hands-on profile, with the ability to move effectively between strategy and execution
