Jobtailor is seeking an HR Business Partner to support leaders with people management, drive organizational change, and collaborate with Learning & Development to identify development needs.

You will assist recruitment, manage internal mobility in coordination with Controllership, support engagement and culture initiatives, and help shape HR policies for a fast-paced advertising and communications environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, BA, or Psychology.
• 6+ years in HR, generalist or HRBP role.
• Experience guiding leaders with consultative HR advice.
• Advanced English a plus.
• Experience in ad agency or fast-paced settings a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Six years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist or HR Business Partner role
• Experience supporting leaders and providing consultative HR guidance
• Strong interpersonal profile, with excellent communication and active listening skills, as well as strong influencing capabilities and a close partnership approach with leadership
• Advanced English is a plus
• Experience in an advertising agency, communications, or fast-paced environment is a plus
