Manage activities of departments or personnel services, recruitment and selection, positions and salaries, benefits, training and development, leading and facilitating the development of team work; advise the company's board of directors and sectors on activities such as planning, hiring, human relations and labor negotiations; They perform at corporate and community events, representing the company.

Responsibilities

Manage activities related to Human Resources, involving Training & Development, Position & Salary management, Benefits Administration, Personnel Administration and Payroll, Recruitment & Selection, Medicine and Occupational Health, Internal Communication, Labor Relations and Union Relations.

Monitor the development of activities in the area, through reports, meetings and office examinations, evaluating results and identifying deviations in relation to work programs and quality levels, as well as possible causes, taking corrective measures or seeking alternative solutions, aiming to enable the effectiveness of services.

Provide assistance to the Board in the preparation and implementation of the company's strategic plan, participating in meetings, providing information related to legislation, guidelines, standards, procedures and perspectives inherent to the Human Resources area, both nationally and internationally, in order to assist them in carrying out the work.

Manage the area's activities with a sense of effective results, innovation, continuous improvement and preventive action, in line with company guidelines.

Manage human resources allocated in your area, evaluating and / or analyzing individual performance results, defining and providing guidance on training and professional development actions, requesting functional and salary changes, proposing admissions and dismissals, authorizing transfers, applying disciplinary measures and keeping them informed about the company's policies, rules and regulations, aiming to integrate the organization and enhance staff value.

Assess the need for changes to the section's work methodology and procedure routine, based on activity reports and operational results, analyzing, with the support of specialized areas, existing deficiencies and aspects to be rationalized, formalizing them, obtaining, if necessary, , superior approval and implementing them, aiming to optimize the systems.

Define the human and material resources that will be included in the plant's budget forecast, depending on the established programs, analyzing the need to acquire furniture and equipment, sizing personnel and administrative expenses, providing guidance on filling out the appropriate documentation, signing and submitting to the superior approval, in order to support the company's economic and financial programming.

Discuss with interface areas and immediate superior the resulting technical, administrative and / or financial aspects and ways of adapting activities to the operational capacity of the section, resizing the workload, redefining strategies, guidelines and action plans, aiming to optimize results.

Keep up to date to support area management with sensitive information about policies, actions and procedures related to Human Resources management in a national and international environment.

Provide training for company leaders on best practices for human and team development and work to promote an integrated organizational climate, through the development, implementation and monitoring of programs to improve internal / interpersonal communications.

Participate in weekly meetings with the Plant's management body (PBU staff), discussing matters of interest, presenting suggestions, defining action programs to address problems and shortcomings detected, aligning guidelines and strategies for the execution / monitoring and evaluation of manufacturing projects, among others topics of interest, in order to comply with established guidelines, as well as participate in the Organization's decision-making.

Manage union relations activities, including annual plant negotiations, such as : base date and PRE.

Maintain close relationships with union representatives. Monitor direct and indirect inspections and legal proceedings.

Define strategies for talent retention, including reviewing salaries and benefits applicable to each position.

Comply with the annual performance review calendar for talent management.

Perform other tasks relevant to the role.

Requirements

Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, People Management or related areas.

Advanced English

7-8 years of experience in similar position.

Presentation techniques, negotiation techniques and labor legislation (desirable)
