Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Experience as HRBP or Internal HR Consultant.
• Experience partnering with leaders/managers on people and organizational structure decisions.
• Experience with performance management, leadership development, and organizational climate.
• Experience with labor and interpersonal relations and People Management policies.
• Analytical and strategic mindset to identify opportunities and propose People Management solutions.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Consultative, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
• Advanced Spanish to work with LATAM team.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a strategic facilitator for HR processes including Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Management, Employee Movements, Job Descriptions, and Competencies.
• Support leaders and employees with their respective area needs, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local procedures.
• Partner with leaders to develop and implement People Management initiatives that drive business results and create a positive employee experience.
• Develop and implement solutions to deliver individual and team initiatives and results.
• Work with managers and employees on interpersonal relations matters.
• Provide ongoing support to employees regarding the company’s People Management-related matters, policies, and procedures.
• Support leaders in area planning, reviewing organizational structures and activities, and optimizing and improving processes and team performance management.
• Contribute to people-related decision-making.
• Support leadership development by strengthening leaders’ roles within their teams and promoting integration, synergy, and a favorable organizational climate that encourages employee engagement.

Requirements

• Experience partnering with leaders and managers, supporting decisions related to people and organizational structure
• Experience with performance management, leadership development, and organizational climate
• Experience with labor and interpersonal relations, as well as People Management policies and processes
• Analytical skills and a strategic mindset to identify opportunities and propose People Management solutions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at different organizational levels
• Consultative, proactive, and results-oriented profile
• Advanced Spanish to work with the LATAM team
