Reporting to the ChemTreat VP of HR, this role will serve as the HR business partner to several functional areas. They will act as a coach and advisor to front-line managers and as an advocate for our associates. In partnership with their leaders, they will identify performance gaps and develop solutions. They will provide insights on people-related solutions, including organization assessment and talent planning. They will help improve engagement/retention, DE&I, and culture, and will gain business understanding through activities like GEMBA, PSP, and Kaizen.

This position is based on-site in our Sao Paulo office, supporting the HR team in the following areas:

• Talent Developer: Lead talent processes within your client group, advocate for talent movements, support leadership development, and attract external candidates.
• Consultant & Coach: Provide counsel to leaders and teams based on deep knowledge of the client group and organizational priorities, ensure compliance with laws and policies, and foster a positive culture.
• Process Execution: Understand HR KPIs, develop action plans, and coach managers on effective process implementation.
• Employee Advocate: Act as an advocate for associates, support issue resolution, and enhance the employee experience.

The essential requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of HR experience supporting leaders and associates across diverse industries
• Experience coaching managers to foster engagement, inclusion, and compliance
• Change Management experience
