A leading company is seeking an HR Business Partner for their Logistics team in Brazil. This role involves leading HR actions, managing metrics, and partnering with business leaders to enhance employee experiences. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, advanced English skills, and experience in HR operations. The position requires analytical skills and the ability to influence change in a fast-paced environment.

The HRBP role for the Logistics team in Brazil leads HR actions and establishes partnerships with business leaders to ensure the quality of the people lifecycle in the organization.
The selected person will work on specific HR activities, such as managing third-party contracts, metrics management and actions like absenteeism control, hiring interviews, talent discussions, engagement actions, etc. The person will use analytical skills to monitor and analyze metrics and trends, ability to translate business plans and objectives into human resources actions to achieve results.

Ability to influence change and promote an inclusive environment.
Planning and execution of engagement programs.
Planning of the talent management cycle, performance, development, and promotions.
Experience in coaching and supporting leaders in integration and talent management.
Management of people metrics for decision-making.
Experience working in a fast-paced and complex environment driven by continuous innovation.
Management of third-party contracts to ensure hiring and impact on business productivity.
Partnership with leaders at various levels of the organization to develop future-oriented goals focused on people's experience.
Leadership of HR actions for campaign periods such as Black Friday, Prime Day, etc.
Coordination of HR processes for various locations of logistics stations in Brazil.
As this is an HR leadership role for operations, we work in a face-to-face model, visiting Delivery Stations and maintaining continuous contact with Amazon Logistics leadership.

-Bachelor's Degree.
-Advanced English.
-Experience in Human Resources subsystems as an -HR Business Partner in Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related fields.
-Experience in supporting customer groups working with massive processes, operations, and related areas.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel at an advanced level (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, dashboards).
-Experience in labor relations.
-Project management skills.
