4. Interpret and communicate HR policies effectively.
5. Resolve complex employee-related issues.
6. Assist international employees with expatriation and HR matters.

You Must Have:

1. Experience in similar HR roles.
2. Knowledge of labor laws in Argentina and Latin America.
3. Experience in the IT industry or regional responsibilities (desirable).
4. Advanced proficiency in English.
