What You will Do

As a strategic partner to our leadership team, you will:

Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Collaborate with senior leaders to shape talent strategies and improve employee experience.

Lead compensation and performance evaluation programs, ensuring fairness and alignment with business goals.

Support transitions with empathy—handling outplacement counseling and exit interviews.

Conduct organizational assessments and recommend impactful solutions.

What You Bring

A degree in HR, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience.

Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with company goals.

Experience navigating employee relations with professionalism and care.

A collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.

Confidence in data gathering, reporting, and making informed decisions.

English proficiency is preferred; Spanish is a strong plus.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.

Interpersonal Relationships: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Knowledge of Organization: Knowledge of the organization's vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and code of ethics; ability to understand the value of aligning capabilities with business goals to support optimal performance.

Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.

Employee Relations: Knowledge of the rights and obligations in the employee relations; ability to adhere to legal requirements when handling employee negotiations.
