What You'll Need to be Successful

  • Approximately 6+ years of proven experience as a technical recruiter, with a strong track record of sourcing and closing talent in engineering and product roles.
  • In-house recruiting experience, ideally within tech/SaaS environments
  • Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment: kick-off calls, job postings, sourcing, screening, assessments, interview coordination, and offer management
  • Excellent written and spoken English
