A leading telecommunications company is offering a legal position focused on providing support in Sourcing, Real Estate, and R&D across South Latam, primarily for Brazil. The ideal candidate will manage law firms, draft and negotiate agreements, and offer legal training. Candidates should have a Law degree, experience with contracts, and fluency in English and Spanish. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse team in an innovative environment.
About this opportunity :
The Legal Team is a division within Ericsson's Legal and Compliance Group Function.
We are dedicated to support the business from a Legal standpoint throughout Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Peru and Uruguay.
Reporting to the Legal Manager, the person will be responsible for providing legal support to the areas of Sourcing, Real Estate, Marketing / Communications and R&D.
Review and negotiation of contracts and other documents with suppliers in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru and Uruguay.
Support to the litigation area, preparation of meetings, records and projects aiming to optimize legal support.
You’ll also be encouraged to independently support internal clients across South Latam, as well as mentor and support other team members.
Equally significant, you will demonstrate integrity and business acumen and will consider the interest of the Ericsson Group as a whole.
