Cross Border Talents is seeking an International Talent Acquisition Freelancer to manage end-to-end recruitment for multilingual roles across Asia and Europe. This fully remote position offers leadership opportunities, competitive fees, and bonus structures.

You will partner with HR and managers, source candidates, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews to placement with clients, with a flexible schedule and ongoing growth potential.

Formación

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or sourcing.
• Experience recruiting for the European market.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week (preferably mornings to afternoons).
• Proficiency in English and other languages.
