DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking a freelance Recruiter with advanced English to join our team for a short-term project. This remote Brazil-based role requires about 30 hours per week over approximately six weeks, starting 16 November 2026.

You will source, screen and qualify freelance candidates, manage pipelines, track KPIs, and collaborate with the Sourcing team. At least 2 years of high-volume recruitment experience and ATS familiarity are preferred.

At DataForce by TransPerfect we're looking for freelance Recruiter with advanced English to join our team of Recruiters and work with us on one of our ongoing projects.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of recruitment experience and is comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly. Experience in high-volume recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen and qualify freelance candidates against project requirements.
• Identify suitable advertising channels to attract eligible candidates.
• Use online platforms, social media and professional networks to support recruitment.
• Create and post recruitment advertisements across relevant platforms.
• Keep candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers accurate and up to date.
• Track and report recruitment KPIs.
• Support the Sourcing team with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience; experience in high-volume recruitment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other resource management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, or equivalent tools.
• Confidence using social media platforms for recruitment and advertising.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• A strong customer service focus.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
