Job summary

Confidential Jobs is expanding its remote LATAM team to hire a seasoned recruiter/sourcer for a true 180 role. You will own candidate sourcing, engagement and qualification for North American roles, operating on US business hours from LATAM.

You will use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and AI sourcing tools, build robust pipelines, screen candidates, and maintain CRM records. Strong English and prior agency/in-house sourcing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Sourcing experience in agency or in-house recruitment (180) is required.
• Professional English (C1+) for calls, screening and emails.
• Strong search skills with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and headhunting: find hard-to-reach candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, AI sourcing tools and referrals.
• Candidate engagement: approach passive candidates by call, InMail and email, and sell them on the opportunity.
• Screening: run structured screening calls, assess skills, motivation and fit, and write clear candidate summaries for our consultants.
• Talent pipelines: build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates in core markets so we're ready before roles open.
• Candidate care: keep candidates warm and informed through the process, from first call to interview prep.
• CRM hygiene: keep accurate records, notes and pipeline stages in our CRM.
• Market knowledge: track talent movements, salary expectations and availability in your markets.

Work from anywhere in LATAM on US business hours, which is a normal daytime schedule for you, sourcing candidates for technology and corporate clients across North America.

This is a 180, candidate-side role for an experienced recruiter or sourcer whose English is strong enough to headhunt, screen and build relationships with American candidates. No business development, no cold calling clients: our team wins the work, you find the talent.

We're a fast-growing specialist recruitment agency partnering with technology and corporate clients in North America. We're expanding our remote team and want a sourcer who can own the candidate side of our searches.

The role

A true 180 role: you'll focus entirely on finding, engaging and qualifying candidates, and building talent pipelines for our live roles and key markets. We give you a modern stack of AI sourcing tools, automation and a CRM, so you spend your time talking to people, not doing admin.

What we're looking for

• Sourcing experience: a proven track record in agency or in-house sourcing or 180 recruitment. Technology, IT or corporate sectors preferred.
• Professional English (C1 or above): you're comfortable calling US candidates, running screening interviews and writing emails in English every day.
• Strong search skills: confident with LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search and finding talent beyond the obvious.
• Tech-savvy: quick to pick up new recruitment tools, AI platforms and CRMs.
• Self-driven: disciplined and productive working remotely without micro-management.
