Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, seeks a student-friendly role to back up the customer service team during vacations and absences, delivering timely responses to fleet clients and supporting strategic accounts when needed.

You will perform initial analysis of requests, route cases to the appropriate teams, and assist management with client portfolio analysis and KPI monitoring. Building knowledge of our products and processes is central to the role.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Management Processes, or a related field.
• Prior experience in customer service, account management, or operational support is preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

Responsibilities

• Provide service to fleet clients, ensuring responses within established deadlines.
• Support service for strategic clients when the responsible analyst is unavailable.
• Perform initial analysis of customer requests and direct cases to the appropriate teams or channels.
• Assist management with client portfolio analysis and monitoring of key performance indicators and indicators.
• Develop knowledge of the area’s products and processes.

Requirements
