Jobtailor is seeking a Fleet Operations Manager to oversee vehicle fleets, home-care logistics, and route optimization. You will monitor KPIs like punctuality, SLA, and costs, ensuring on-time collections and tests.

Ideal candidates have a completed bachelor's degree, hands-on fleet management experience, advanced Excel, Power BI, and exposure to telematics and TMS. Healthcare or home-care exposure is a plus; you will report to the operations leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the company’s fleet operations and home-care logistics (collections/tests).
• Ensure availability, cost control, and productivity of vehicles and field teams.
• Monitor operational KPIs (punctuality, SLA, cost per route, vehicle utilization, kilometers driven).
• Manage costs and provide reports to the executive board related to operations.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet.
• Work on route optimization and reduction of logistics costs.
• Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.
• Interface with areas such as scheduling, operations, customer service, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed)
• Experience in fleet management (light vehicles or operational fleets)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Power BI
• Experience with operational KPIs (SLA, productivity, costs)
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare, laboratory, or home-care services
• Knowledge of routing systems and TMS (Transportation Management Systems)
• Experience with telematics and data-driven fleet management
