Jobtailor in Brazil seeks a detail-oriented logistics administrator to support the fleet of pre-owned vehicles, manage data entry in internal systems, and assist with supplier payments. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and proactive problem solving.

You will monitor decommissioning timelines, track KPIs, and help ensure documentation flow for transfers and deregistrations. Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Logistics, Management Processes, or related fields.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.
• Previous experience in logistics operations, fleet management, or administrative processes is a plus.
• Good interpersonal communication, organizational skills, and proactivity.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple concurrent demands.

Responsabilidades

• Support operational routines related to managing the fleet of pre‑owned vehicles available for sale.
• Monitor the vehicle decommissioning process for rental companies, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and standards.
• Enter and update data in internal systems and ERPs related to supplier payments.
• Process payments and follow up on compensations for total loss vehicles and reconcile amounts with Finance and suppliers.
• Assist in monitoring operational KPIs for the area.
• Monitor and support the vehicle documentation process (transfer, deregistration, resolution of outstanding issues, etc.).
