Jobtailor in Brasília, Brazil seeks an accomplished executive to define and execute the strategic plan with the CEO and leadership team. You will lead key departments, establish goals and KPIs, and monitor performance to drive profitability and growth.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate strategy into execution. You will represent the company with clients and partners and guide investments and expansion decisions, reporting to the CEO and Board.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in executive positions and managing leaders.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and KPI-driven management.
• Knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Experience in sales management and/or business development.
• Ability to structure processes and translate strategy into execution.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Strategic, big-picture perspective and results orientation.

Responsabilidades
