Dasa is seeking a data-driven FP&A professional to manage and analyze financial performance across its businesses in São Paulo. The role emphasizes database management, KPI development, and translating complex data into leadership-ready insights.

The candidate will consolidate data sources, create executive materials, and support strategic decision-making through robust financial analyses and clear PowerPoint presentations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced experience managing, analyzing, and cross-referencing databases.
• Experience developing and analyzing KPIs and financial information.
• Proficiency in preparing executive presentations in PowerPoint.
• Ability to transform complex data into objective analyses and materials for presentation to leadership.
• Experience analyzing Revenue, Costs, and income statements (P&L) is a plus.
• Experience in Financial Planning, Controllership, FP&A, Performance, or Analytics is a plus.
• Experience analyzing the performance of different markets, business units, or regions is a plus.
• Knowledge of BI and data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and analyze financial and business performance information for Dasa’s businesses.
• Manage, organize, and update Dasa’s official databases.
• Build, consolidate, and cross-reference different databases, ensuring data consistency and quality.
• Structure and analyze revenue-related data, identifying results, trends, and opportunities.
• Conduct cost and income statement (P&L) analyses, supporting the monitoring of business financial performance.
• Analyze the financial performance of different markets, specialties, and regions.
• Prepare management reports and executive materials for presentation to the Vice President (VP).
• Create PowerPoint presentations and slides, translating financial data and analyses into clear, relevant information for leadership.
• Support decision-making through structured analyses, KPIs, and financial information.
• Ensure the quality, reliability, and consistency of the data used in reports and analyses.
