Jobtailor is seeking a data-driven analyst to monitor and improve the Seminovos After-Sales performance, structuring analyses and guiding decision-making across operations and technology.

You will turn data into actionable insights, develop executive-ready presentations, and lead continuous improvement initiatives with KPI governance. This role partners with operations and IT to ensure sustainable outcomes and measurable impact.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level degree required in a related field (Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar).
• Experience applying data analysis to diagnose and solve business KPI problems.
• Ability to structure complex problems and translate diagnoses into action plans.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI for KPI analysis and monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a point of reference for analyzing the operational performance of the Seminovos After-Sales business, monitoring KPIs, identifying opportunities, and guiding improvement initiatives.
• Structure analyses and root-cause diagnoses to support the area’s strategic and operational decisions.
• Lead projects and continuous improvement initiatives, from problem identification through implementation and results tracking.
• Turn data into actionable insights by developing recommendations and action plans focused on operational efficiency, customer experience, and business results.
• Partner with operations, technology, and other stakeholders to enable the execution and sustainability of initiatives.
• Develop executive presentations and communicate analyses, risks, opportunities, and results to different levels of the organization.
• Participate in the development and evolution of the area’s governance for KPIs, processes, and management tools.

• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or advanced data analysis tools.

• Experience in environments requiring strong integration between data, technology, and operations.
