We’re hiring for a fast-growing company in the home services space that helps homeowners make smarter, safer decisions about their properties. The business is scaling, the founder is deeply involved, and decisions are made fast, and leadership needs someone who can run the engine behind the scenes.
This is not a “calendar-only” EA role. You’ll sit at the intersection of operations and sales support, acting as the founder’s right hand and keeping the business organized, profitable, and moving forward. If you like numbers, systems, and having real visibility into how a business runs, you’ll love this.
What You’ll Do:
- Run the Day-to-Day: Keep operations moving smoothly across schedules, vendors, tools, and priorities.
- Inbox Management & Prioritization: Keep emails organized, flag what actually matters, respond or delegate fast, and make sure nothing important gets buried or forgotten.
- Travel Arrangements: Book flights, accommodations, and itineraries efficiently, making sure travel plans are smooth, cost-effective, and stress‑free.
- Own Execution: Turn ideas into action, follow up, track progress, and make sure things actually get done.
- Support Sales: Assist with proposals, follow‑ups, CRM updates, and pipeline organization.
- Support Leadership: Manage inboxes, calendars, documentation, and priorities so leadership can focus on growth.
- Improve Systems: Spot inefficiencies, document processes, and help build smarter, simpler workflows.
- Coordinate People & Projects: Be the bridge between contractors, internal team members, and external partners.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ops‑Minded + Numbers Brain: You think in processes, checklists, timelines, and dependencies. You’re comfortable with spreadsheets.
- Relevant Experience: Background as an Executive Assistant, Ops Manager, Finance Assistant, or similar role.
- Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Pipedrive, Slack, and spreadsheets.
- Strong Communicator: Clear, direct, organized — written and spoken.
- Ownership Mentality: You take responsibility, anticipate needs, and don’t need hand‑holding.
