Private Advertiser in Brazil’s North region is seeking an events coordinator to plan, coordinate and execute events from concept to completion. You will liaise with clients to understand requirements, coordinate with venues, vendors, and staff, and prepare proposals, schedules and run sheets for successful delivery.

The role offers flexible hours with 2-4 days per week and 4-6 hour shifts, with on-site event support and timely post-event reports.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept through completion.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements, objectives, budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, suppliers, and contractors for smooth operations.
• Prepare event proposals, quotations, schedules, run sheets, and post-event reports.
• Manage event logistics including venue setup, registration, transport, catering, and audiovisual needs.
• Provide on-site event coordination to ensure successful delivery and address issues promptly.
