Qualifications

• Proven experience in the production of corporate events, brand activations, trade shows, booths, or Live Marketing projects.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple demands and projects simultaneously.
• Availability to oversee events on-site, travel, and work outside standard business hours as required by projects.
• Previous experience in marketing, advertising, Live Marketing, or Brand Experience agencies.
• Established network of event and activation vendors.

We are seeking an organized, proactive professional with hands-on experience in event production and strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

The professional will be responsible for coordinating all stages of production, from initial planning and vendor contracting to setup, execution, teardown, and project wrap-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the operational planning of corporate events, product launches, promotional activations, trade shows, congresses, festivals, and brand experiences.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Planning, Creative, and Finance teams.
• Develop and track schedules, checklists, operational run-of-shows, and execution plans.
• Coordinate vendor contracting and oversee the delivery of services and materials.
• Coordinate the production and installation of booths, set design, promotional structures, and activation spaces.
• Select, hire, and coordinate personnel involved in the events.
• Prepare production wrap-up reports, including actual costs, additional expenses, and any incidents or issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the production of corporate events, brand activations, trade shows, booths, or Live Marketing projects.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and project management tools.
