Sgballoons is seeking an Event Coordinator for the North Region to expertly plan and execute a range of corporate and social events. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences within the Marketing & Communications industry.

You will liaise with clients, coordinate on-site operations, and prepare event items to ensure smooth execution, while collaborating with a dynamic team to create memorable experiences in the North Region.

About the role

As an Event Coordinator at Sgballoons, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional experiences for our clients. Joining our dynamic team in the North Region, you will be responsible for the seamless planning and execution of a diverse range of corporate and social events. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work within the exciting Marketing & Communications industry, specialising in Event Management.

What you'll be doing

• Liaising with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements
• Overseeing on-site event operations
• Preparing event operating items to facilitate smooth operation

What we're looking for

• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients
• Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to deliver unique event experiences
• Proficient in using event planning software and tools
• Passion for the events industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Having 3A License will be a plus point.
