Baebear Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an energetic entry-level coordinator to assist with data entry, influencer coordination, and live stream support. You will help manage social channels, schedule events, and organize media assets across TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Instagram.

The role emphasizes initiative, teamwork, and efficient execution in a fast-paced ecommerce environment. Ideal candidates are strong communicators who can multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.

• Data Entry & Management of campaign metrics and operations
• Coordinate with KOLs and influencers, track samples, manage partnerships documentation
• Support live streams and promotional events scheduling and logistics
• Moderate social channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook Groups) and respond to routine inquiries
• Upload content and organize media assets for TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Instagram and maintain asset libraries

Job Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Management: Accurately key in campaign metrics, sales figures, and operational data into internal systems and spreadsheets.

• KOL & Influencer Coordination: Liaise with KOLs and influencers, track sample shipments, and coordinate scheduling and documentation for partnerships.

• Live Stream & Event Support: Assist with logistical arrangements, scheduling, and operational prep for live streaming sessions and promotional events.

• Social & Community Admin: Help manage community channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook Groups) by sharing updates, tracking engagement, and responding to routine inquiries.

• Content & Platform Operations: Assist with uploading content, organizing media assets for TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and Instagram, and maintaining asset libraries.
