PERSOL is seeking a punctual cashier to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflows. You will handle customer inquiries, assist in resolving issues promptly, and respond to operational needs during shifts. Reconcile daily cash with reports at the end of each shift and take on ad-hoc tasks as needed.

The role emphasizes a cheerful, proactive, team-focused attitude with strong communication and discretion in handling confidential information. Experience in cashiering is a plus.

• Minimum GCE N Level qualification.
• Prior cashiering and customer service experience is advantageous.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours / Location:

• Better Work Life Balance! 4ON 2 OFF Schedule

• Day Shift: 10am to 10pm (with 2 hours break)

• Night Shift: 10pm to 10am (with 2 hours break)

• North Location - Woodlands/Yishun/Marsiling

Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations to ensure all tasks and workflows run smoothly

• Handle enquiries and assist in resolving potential issues promptly and effectively

• Respond to operational needs as they arise and make timely decisions to prevent or minimize service disruptions

• Reconcile daily cash collections with system reports at the end of each shift

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N Level qualification

• Prior experience in cashiering and customer service will be an advantage

• Cheerful, proactive, and a strong team player with a positive work attitude

• Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
