Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking a senior operations-technology liaison to lead governance for continuous improvement and solution development. You will translate business needs into clear requirements and manage a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives across logistics operations and road freight contexts.

The role requires strong experience in PDCA/DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma, and the ability to drive performance metrics, training, and playbooks across teams and partners.

Qualificações

Solid experience in continuous improvement, process management, project management, or solutions development.
Practical application of PDCA, DMAIC, or Lean Six Sigma.
Experience in governance and prioritization of cross-functional initiatives.
Experience acting as a liaison between business and Technology teams, from requirements definition through go-live.
Experience preparing business cases and presenting recommendations to leadership and sponsors.
Experience leading technical or multidisciplinary teams.
Experience with performance indicators, daily management, and performance cycles.
Experience in logistics operations or road freight transportation is a plus.
Knowledge of TMS or ERP systems.
Experience with Power BI, Jira, Trello, MS Project, Bizagi, or Visio.
Certification or coursework in Lean, Six Sigma, quality, data analysis, or project management.
Intermediate English proficiency

Responsabilidades

Lead governance for operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and solution development initiatives.
Serve as liaison between Operations and Technology, translating business needs into requirements and priorities.
Manage and prioritize the Operations portfolio of projects and system enhancements.
Monitor solution development, user acceptance testing, implementation, and stabilization.
Analyze performance indicators and identify failures, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Conduct root-cause analyses and improvement cycles using PDCA, DMAIC, and Lean Six Sigma.
Structure and monitor action plans, owners, deadlines, metrics, and results.
Prepare and evaluate business cases, considering feasibility, benefits, risks, and value generation.
Contribute to the short-, medium-, and long-term product and process roadmap.
Ensure the training of teams and partners, as well as the updating of processes and playbooks.
Lead and develop a lean, senior team, monitoring priorities, performance, and delivery quality
