Jobtailor is seeking a senior SCM professional to lead end-to-end process optimization across procurement, planning, and logistics. You will map as‑is processes, identify gaps, reduce waste, and design future-state workflows with robust SLAs and RACI matrices.

You will drive forecasting improvements, KPI development, and cross-functional integration, guiding cost reductions and productivity initiatives in a matrixed environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field.
• MBA or postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Project Management, Process Management, Logistics, or Business Management is preferred.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Planning, Operations, or Consulting, preferably in a cross-functional capacity.
• Experience leading process improvement and transformation projects.
• Experience in at least three of the following processes: Procurement, Demand Planning, S&OP/S&OE, Inventory Management, Warehousing/Distribution Centers, and Transportation.
• Experience with cost reduction, productivity, service-level improvement, and the implementation of new processes or systems.
• Experience in medium- to large-sized companies, matrixed environments, and interaction with managers and directors is preferred.
• Knowledge of PMP/PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, root-cause analysis, and S&OP/S&OE.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, Data Analytics, WMS, and TMS

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities, structure solutions, lead implementation, and realize benefits across Supply Chain.
• Lead end-to-end process improvement and transformation projects from diagnosis through implementation and stabilization.
• Map current-state processes, identify gaps, eliminate waste, redesign workflows, and establish future-state processes and SLAs.
• Work on procurement planning, strategic sourcing, suppliers, inventory, costs, contracts, and supplier performance.
• Drive improvements in forecasting, planning, accuracy metrics, Commercial/Supply integration, and S&OP/S&OE.
• Develop productivity, layout, warehousing, warehousing, inventory, and operating-cost projects.
• Work on network optimization, carrier contracting, freight, routing, utilization, and OTIF.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and improvement plans.
• Consolidate analyses, risks, results, and recommendations for the Director of Operations and Supply.
