Jobtailor in São Paulo seeks an Import Coordinator to oversee end-to-end import operations, ensuring documentation accuracy and smooth clearance. You will coordinate with brokers, suppliers and internal teams to maintain timely deliveries and cost controls.

Qualificações

• Experience with import processes, monitoring shipments, customs clearance and delivery of goods.
• Knowledge of import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB and related documents).
• Basic understanding of customs legislation, fiscal classification (NCM) and taxes applicable to operations.
• Intermediate to advanced English for reading documents and communicating with international suppliers.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Organized, analytical and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple demands and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor import processes from purchase order issuance to delivery of goods at the distribution center.
• Verify and control import documentation, including Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, certificates and other required documents.
• Register and track processes in Siscomex.
• Work with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, international suppliers and internal departments to ensure operational flow.
• Monitor shipments, customs clearance and deliveries, identifying deviations and helping resolve incidents.
• Oversee fiscal classifications (NCM), applicable taxes and customs regimes for operations.
• Control import-related costs, including freight, insurance, storage, fees and taxes.
• Maintain systems, spreadsheets and KPIs up to date, ensuring data reliability and tracking of operations.
