Jobtailor in São Paulo seeks an Analytics Lead to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions and to drive dashboards, semantic models, and AI-powered insights across the organization.

The role focuses on data governance, KPI development, and collaboration with executive leadership to enable scalable, data-driven decision-making.

Qualificações

• Strong experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Advanced experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Looker, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of data modeling, semantic models, and the development of corporate metrics.
• Experience developing KPIs, conducting strategic analyses, and creating data-driven stories.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills with business teams and executive leadership.
• Experience automating analytical processes and transforming data.
• Experience with databases and cloud data platforms, especially BigQuery and Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and using AI agents for data, analytics, and process automation.
• Ability to transform business problems into scalable, data-driven solutions.
• Experience with data governance, data catalogs, and data quality.
• Knowledge of applied statistics, experimentation, and predictive models.
• Experience with Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and modern data architectures.
• Proficiency in Python for advanced analytics, automation, or machine learning.
• Experience developing Generative AI solutions for Analytics and knowledge management.
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Context Engineering, knowledge vectorization, and semantic search.
