Jobtailor is seeking an experienced data analytics leader to design and deliver enterprise analytics, BI, and AI-enabled solutions. You will build scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and governance practices while communicating insights to executives.

You will mentor the team and partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize AI use cases and ensure responsible AI standards across cloud platforms and data sources.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
5+ years in data engineering, analytics, BI, or AI/ML.
Advanced Tableau and/or Power BI dashboard development.
Strong SQL, data modeling, and integration across sources.
Python proficiency for analytics, automation, or AI use cases.
Experience with cloud data platforms and large datasets.
Ability to translate data into executive insights and actions.
Leadership in analytics initiatives and cross-functional influence.
Preferred: Copilot, Generative AI, LLM, RAG tech knowledge.
Preferred: Master’s degree; strong integrity and curiosity.

Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise analytics, business intelligence, and AI-enabled solutions using Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, and modern cloud technologies
Source, engineer, curate, govern, and serve data from project portfolio management, resource management, applications, finance, agile delivery, operational metrics, employee experience, surveys, and technology performance domains
Develop scalable and optimized data pipelines, data models, and analytical solutions for enterprise reporting, performance management, and data-driven decision-making
Define and evolve scalable data, analytics, and AI architectures
Build dashboards, scorecards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions communicating performance, trends, risks, and opportunities
Perform advanced data analysis to identify operational improvement, efficiency gains, cost optimization, and business value opportunities
Design and deliver AI-enabled analytics solutions using Generative AI, Copilot technologies, machine learning, natural language processing, intelligent search, and automated insight generation
Partner with business and technology leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and analytics use cases
Develop proof-of-concepts and innovative solutions using emerging AI, data, and automation technologies
Ensure AI and analytics solutions comply with governance, security, data privacy, and responsible AI standards
Serve as a trusted analytics advisor to CBT leadership, business technology leaders, product organizations, and Strategy & Operations teams
Communicate complex analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
Promote data governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, and business definition practices
Collaborate across global teams to improve data literacy, analytics confidence, and AI solution adoption
Mentor team members and champion best practices in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, visualization, AI, and storytelling
Continuously evaluate and improve analytics, reporting, and AI solutions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, business intelligence, AI/ML, or related disciplines
Advanced experience developing enterprise-scale dashboards and analytics solutions using Tableau and/or Power BI
Strong SQL expertise, including performance optimization, data modeling, and data integration across multiple data sources
Strong Python programming skills with experience supporting analytics, automation, machine learning, or AI use cases
Experience working with enterprise cloud data platforms, data warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, and large-scale datasets
Experience translating complex data into actionable business insights and executive-level communications
Demonstrated ability to lead analytics initiatives and influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations
Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent agents, or related AI technologies
Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Services, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Power Automate, or other modern cloud analytics platforms
Preferred: Experience developing AI-enabled knowledge management, search, recommendation, or self-service solutions
Preferred: Experience supporting technology organizations, operational performance management, portfolio management, or enterprise transformation initiatives
Preferred: Master's degree in a related field
