Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Londrina, Paraná is seeking a CSOC Manager to lead security operations, incident response, threat management, and vulnerability programs for multinational clients. You will oversee SOC activities, manage major incidents and escalations, and coordinate with executive stakeholders to deliver service excellence and security improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience managing SOC operations, cybersecurity services, or security projects.
• Strong understanding of SOC operations, Incident Response, Threat Management, and Vulnerability Management.
• Experience in managing customer relationships, service delivery, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Experience working in multinational and multicultural environments.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, industry best practices, and security governance.
• Ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive organizational change.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead SOC operations, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and service quality objectives.
• Act as the primary cybersecurity contact for customers, conducting governance meetings and executive presentations.
• Manage major incidents, escalations, operational reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop cybersecurity roadmaps and identify opportunities to improve customer security maturity.
• Lead cybersecurity projects, coordinating stakeholders, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive innovation through Security Automation, AI-assisted Security Operations, Threat Intelligence, and SOC maturity initiatives.
• Support business growth by identifying and proposing new cybersecurity services and improvement opportunities.

• 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, or related fields;
• 3+ years of experience managing SOC operations, cybersecurity services, or security project;

• Knowledge of SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar, or equivalent;
• Experience with Security Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance programs;
• Familiarity with Threat Intelligence, Security Automation, and SOAR platforms;
• Experience with Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, ServiceNow, or workflow automation solutions;
• Experience leveraging AI and Generative AI technologies to improve cybersecurity operations;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Security Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar technologies;
• Experience developing cybersecurity business cases, roadmaps, and transformation programs;
• Knowledge of cloud security concepts across Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud;
• Financial management, budget planning, and project portfolio management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SOC operations, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and service quality objectives.
