É necessário domínio avançado de inglês e experiência com normas ISA/IEC 62443, NERC-CIP e NIST SP 800-82. O cargo envolve viagens a centros de dados e subestações conforme necessidade.

Qualificações

• Graduação em área relevante (CIência da Computação/IS/Engenharia Elétrica ou afins).
• Experiência em cibersegurança OT no setor elétrico.
• Conhecimento de padrões e controles de cibersegurança (ISA/IEC 62443, NERC-CIP, NIST SP 800-82).

Responsabilidades

• Analisar soluções de cibersegurança para ambientes OT.
• Contribuir para design e engenharia de redes OT com SCADA/DMS.
• Conduzir avaliações técnicas de campo e visitas a centros de dados/subestações.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pessoa Consultora de Negócios (OT Cyber) based in Brazil.

This role focuses on cybersecurity consulting for operational technology (OT) environments within the electric power sector.
You will contribute to cybersecurity engineering projects involving OT networks and SCADA/DMS environments.
The position combines technical analysis, architecture design, field assessments, and business consulting.
You will work closely with technical, management, and multidisciplinary stakeholders to identify challenges and develop practical solutions.
The role may involve visits to data centers, control centers, and substations when on-site assessments are required.
You will also prepare technical deliverables and executive presentations that support transformation initiatives.

Accountabilities

The role is responsible for analyzing cybersecurity solutions, supporting transformation initiatives, and translating complex technical challenges into effective recommendations. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate, collaborate on, or execute cybersecurity solution assessments for OT environments.
• Contribute to cybersecurity design and engineering projects involving OT networks and SCADA/DMS systems for electric-sector clients.
• Participate in or coordinate technical field assessments, including visits to data centers, control centers, and substations.
• Perform OT asset inventories, architecture assessments, and reviews of industrial communication networks.
• Develop cybersecurity architecture proposals, OT network segmentation strategies, technology recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
• Produce technical reports, project deliverables, and executive presentations for technical and management stakeholders.
• Structure client challenges and work with project leadership and multidisciplinary teams to develop solutions.
• Support consulting and problem-solving projects within the cybersecurity domain and broader business transformation initiatives.
• Travel and work on-site with clients when necessary to gather information and coordinate activities.
• Map automation and software solution requirements and support technology teams in delivering effective solutions.
• Conduct structured interviews with technical teams and prepare client-facing reports and presentations.
• Read and interpret engineering, construction, maintenance, reliability, and regulatory reports related to the electric sector.
• Assess opportunities to improve projects, services, systems, processes, and business structures.
• Engage with stakeholders across technical, business, and management perspectives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and global teams to build innovative solutions for clients.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines hands-on OT cybersecurity knowledge with strong consulting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities. The role requires a relevant technical degree, advanced English, and experience working with cybersecurity and digital transformation initiatives.

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional experience in OT cybersecurity.
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as ISA/IEC 62443, NERC-CIP, and NIST SP 800-82.
• Knowledge of OT/IT cybersecurity software, industrial network architectures, segmentation technologies, and cybersecurity controls.
• Knowledge of SCADA, DMS, OMS, and electric grid operations.
• Experience with OT cybersecurity in the electric sector, including distribution, transmission, or generation, is a plus.
• OT cybersecurity certification, preferably ISA/IEC 62443; GICSP, GRID, GCIP, or another recognized OT cybersecurity certification is also accepted.
• CISSP, CISM, or comparable cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
• Previous consulting experience is desirable.
• Experience with IT transformation projects or digitalization initiatives.
• Advanced English proficiency in written and spoken communication, including the ability to conduct technical working meetings in English.
• Advanced Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary, collaborative, and global environments.
