We are looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our team and support our Legal, Compliance, and Sales departments in delivering a seamless experience to our clients.

As a Contracts & Customer Success Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing client relationships, ensuring efficient contract workflows, and supporting compliance operations. You will act as the bridge between our LATAM clients and internal teams across the globe, helping us maintain high standards of service and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree (Law, Business, International Relations, or related field preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in contracts, compliance, legal support, or customer success.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) - Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • IT proficiency (CRM tools, MS Office / Google Workspace).
