About CloudWalk: We are not just another fintech unicorn. We are a pack of dreamers, makers, and tech enthusiasts building the future of payments. With millions of happy customers and a hunger for innovation, we’re now expanding our neural network – literally and metaphorically.

About the role

We’re looking for a Chargeback Analyst who’s curious, hands‑on, and eager to learn. No previous experience with chargebacks or coding? No problem — we’ll teach you everything. You’ll work side‑by‑side with our developers to automate manual processes, investigate fraud patterns, and ensure our operation is always up to date with the latest rules and requirements from Visa, Mastercard, Elo, and Amex. You’ll be the bridge between the customer, operations, and tech, and will play a key role in making our dispute process smarter, faster, and more scalable.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Learn and master the chargeback business rules (we’ll train you)
  • Stay on top of network (Visa, Mastercard, Elo, Amex) updates and work with the team to implement changes when needed
  • Work closely with developers to improve and automate chargeback workflows
  • Translate customer and operations needs into product and tech insights
  • Investigate disputes, identify fraud patterns, and support in crafting strong responses
  • Be deadline‑oriented, managing dispute timelines with accuracy
  • Learn the basics of Ruby programming to help build internal tools and automations
What You Need To Succeed
  • No previous experience in chargebacks or coding required – just a strong desire to learn
  • Clear communication and collaborative mindset
  • Great attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Interest in learning to code (Ruby) — we’ll provide full support
  • Investigative spirit with an eye for fraud patterns and anomalies
  • Ability to track and interpret external rule changes from card networks and assess their operational impact
